The Recorded Course and the Live Course cover identical information, use the same presentation, and include the same materials.  The Recorded Course is self-paced, and it will take you about three to four hours to complete the modules and exercises. The Live Course is a three-hour Zoom session with me, during which you can ask me questions as I teach you the system.
