What You'll Learn in the Course

Every format delivers 5 comprehensive modules across 23 focused lessons (3.5–4 hours total). Follow along with your 80-page workbook, use tailored competency rubrics to track progress, and finish more confident, skilled, and ready to excel so you hit the ground studying.

MODULE 1: The Reason the Study System Works

We’ll start with the course goals and the science behind why this system works. You’ll see how to use it effectively based on your needs—whether you’re a 1L, 2L, 3L, or 4L—to strengthen your skills and boost your performance.

MODULE 2: Turning Information into Understanding

You’ll learn how to tap into what makes your brain unique and process information more effectively. Using metacognition and your learning style, you’ll discover how to manage large amounts of material with clarity and confidence.

MODULE 3: My Nine Step System for Achieving Your Academic Goals

You’ll learn a proven, step-by-step method for organizing, learning, and writing every topic, in each of your classes, on exams. I’ll show how each study skill works together in a system to build deep understanding: deconstructing rules and organizing topics, reading and briefing cases, outlining each subject, transforming outlines into exam-ready approaches, practicing exam writing and analysis, applying and distinguishing cases, assessing your performance, and more. You’ll also uncover the “professor secret” behind the two most effective strategies for boosting your exam scores by a full letter grade.

MODULE 4: How to Schedule Every Step into Every Week of the Semester

I'll show you how to plan the learning of every topic so your study time feels purposeful—and your free time feels guilt-free. You’ll stay organized, in control, and finally have the space to breathe outside of law school.

MODULE 5: My Best Bonus Advice

I’ll show you how much easier bar prep becomes when you’ve used a solid study system throughout law school—plus a few extra tips to help you finish strong and feel confident about what’s ahead.
